Our Story:

Just like you, we are local pastors and church leaders at churches.

It was in September 2019, right before the world would change forever that a local youth pastor, Pastor Matt Harder, would begin to carry a burden that a new wave of church leaders need to rise up to pastor their communities, if we are going to reach our world together. We had no idea that the anthem to Lead Local would be more important than ever before as local churches come together to unite in a divided world. Here at Lead Local Ministries, we believe that if we are going to have healthy communities, then we need the next generation of pastors and church leaders to be healthy and growing. Just three years after Lead Local was birthed in the pandemic, we’ve resourced over 10,000 local pastors and church leaders to pastor their communities together.
